First, a huge thank you to Paul Sullivan and David Mills for hosting me in Waltham earlier this week at AEC Press Day. It was a real honor to be among the bloggers picked from around the entire AEC space to be invited, and I had a great time visiting with the full AEC team. I especially enjoyed learning about some products I almost never touch, and having my mind blown with possibility for collaboration across the A, the E, and the C in the 2011 release.
There’s a huge amount of stuff going on across the board with AEC in the 2011 release, and between all the teams, they tried to show it all in just around four hours once you discount breaks, etc. To try and keep up, I was feeding thoughts to an alternate twitter account, and managed to rack up enough output to get tagged a twitter spammer. I feel proud.
So, I know a lot of folks had no chance to possibly keep up with the stream coming from yesterday, so I’m pulling it over here with a few minor edits for typing etc. Make the jump to get a full day of stream of consciousness, live from AEC Press day in Waltham.
If you want to read more about the event, check out the #aectech tag on twitter. For best results, start at the bottom and work your way up. I know, it’s wonky. I’ll see what I can do for the next event I’m involved with!
