Moving Forward Means Change

It is a fact – your company is either moving forward or backward. It is also a fact that moving forward means change. Some of us make a living off change – such as the revolutionary changes in Civil software over the past 5 years.

You may have noticed some changes as James begins Raider Consulting, LLC. It also means that I have chosen to leave Engineered Efficiency, Inc. and head out as an independent consultant also. I have started a new company called InMotion Consulting.

What does this mean?

EE still is offering the same great services. This includes EE ProPack and I will continue working with them as they see fit to improve this AWESOME Civil3D add-on as the months and years progress. Raider Consulting, LLC is offering on-site consulting, training and mentoring. InMotion Consulting is offering training, implementation, and customization services.

Doesn’t this mean you are in competition with one another?

Technically yes. However, there is a comradeship that exists with any who were part of the Engineering Efficiency team. Ask any of those who are or once were part of that special team. As you can tell, James is still letting me post at Civil3D.com and I plan on continuing to post to Civil3D.com often.

So even though we may offer similar services, each of us also brings a unique perspective to the table. In fact, there will be times when you will see our names and faces representing each other.

How does this affect me?

Ultimately, this is a great change for you – the end user. Why? EE is still offering everything they once did and yet you now have more choices, more options.

In other words…

We will keep you InMotion so you can run with Efficiency and Raid the competition! Stop in to my new website at http://www.inmotioncon.com and let me know what you think. You can write me at any time at joshua.modglin@ my domain address.

Look forward to hearing from you all.
