Erasing Rows from Tables

I discovered something accidentally over the weekend.

I made a curve table for the site plan that I am working on, and I meant to select and erase the whole table, but instead I accidentally chose one row of the table.  I didn’t notice, so I pressed my delete key and I was surprised when only one row disappeared.

It also works with parcel area tables and a few other types of tables that I tried.  I see it being most handy in parcel area tables because there tend to be a few extra parcels that I don’t care about thrown into my table.  Usually, I would have to go through and change their area label style or do something else to get them out of the table.  Now I know I can just erase that line from the table.
