I know James mentioned it, but I absolutely must re-emphasize the Google calendar over there (down, and to the right). We plan on using it to showcase events that you can attend that we will be involved with. For example, on Thursday, September 28, I will be at the AIDT lab in Montgomery, AL for “Project Management For Civil Engineering Firms” If you’re interested, you can register here.
Also, come join me in Birmingham, Alabama on October 17th for Birmingham’s second annual AUGI CAD Camp. I’ll be teaching two classes, including Subdivision Design With Civil 3D and Essentials of Styles in Civil 3D. ALACAD’s newest employee, James Murphy will be teaching “Hidden” Geospatial Functionality in Civil 3D 2007. If you’ve never been to an AUGI CAD Camp, it’s the second best thing to Autodesk University. It’s very inexpensive, and the knowledge and networking that you can fit into one (FULL) day would surprise anyone.
